It will take between 3 to 6 business days for shipping across Canada. If you have selected "With Paint" option for your part, it will take 15 business days to prepare your order. When your order is ready, we will send you your tracking number by email. Please note that these are an estimated time and is not guaranteed.
You can see the shipping cost after entering your address on Checkout page. Some restrictions are applied for territories and Labrador and Rural roads (rr) and some other areas to which our courier company has limited access. If that was the case, we will contact you by email and will inform you of the extra shipping cost. You have the option to refuse and cancel the order and get the full money back.
2- Quality & Fitment
There are two different qualities for the part and paint service.
-Certified Quality ( CAPA )
-Non-Certified: Fitment is guaranteed and quality is standard.
If we made a mistake on your order, we offer 100% refund and we will send you the return shipping label. You will have 5 days from the receipt of the part to return the part or report the discrepancy.
Painted part: Please note that painted parts are not returnable or exchangeable.
Non-Painted Part: There is a 30% restocking fee of the total invoice for canceled or returned products by customer. The customer is responsible to ship the part back and the shipping cost is not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and resalable.
Any damaged part must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the part. Pictures of the damaged parts must be taken and sent to: Info@pintado.ca
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Thereafter, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
